Fruits and vegetables provide an enormous amount of brain nutrients, particularly antioxidants and phytochemicals, which are a group of natural substances that have a wide range of therapeutic properties. There are also a wide range of vitamins and minerals in fruits and vegetables which have been associated with improved IQ levels in kids.
