Cereal Is Generally A Good Way To Start The Day

Cereals are often fortified with vitamins and minerals, including the B vitamins and iron, which assist with energy production. Cereals also provide glucose, which is the primary fuel for the brain, while the milk which is poured over cereals is a great source of calcium, B-group vitamins, zinc and magnesium.
